Accessibility

Our commitment to a site everyone can use, how far we've got, and how to tell us when something doesn't work for you.

Updated October 2026

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across soundtoscript.com. Transcripts and captions are accessibility tools in their own right, and our site should be as usable as what we deliver.

What we've done

Pages can be used with a keyboard, with a skip link and visible focus; forms have labels and clear error messages; the site follows your light or dark mode setting; and every cookie choice can be made from the keyboard.

Known limits

We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so some parts of the site may fall short of the standard. The free preview player and the upload progress display are the areas we are checking first.

Tell us

If something on the site doesn't work for you, or you need a document in another format, email support@soundtoscript.com. We'll reply within three business days and, where we can, give you what you need another way in the meantime.
