Cookie Policy

Your choice

Necessary cookies and storage keep the site working and don't need your consent. Analytics cookies are off until you choose Accept all or switch Analytics on, and you can change your mind at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics cookies.

Necessary

sts_consent (cookie, 1 year): remembers your cookie choice.

sts-theme (browser storage, until cleared): remembers light or dark mode if you pick one.

sts-upload-resume (browser storage, under 24 hours): lets an interrupted upload continue where it stopped. It stays on your device.

sts-order-details (browser storage, until cleared): fills in your email, name and order choices next time you upload from this browser. It stays on your device, and the upload form has a "start fresh" option that clears it.

sts_team (browser storage, until cleared): set only on our own team's devices, so our visits are left out of site statistics. Visitors never get it.

Bot check: our forms use a bot check that may store a short-lived security token so we can tell people from automated abuse.

Analytics (only with your consent)

_ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics cookies, up to 2 years): count visits and show which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised, advertising features are off, and analytics never runs on payment pages. We never send your name, email, phone number or file names.

Cookieless counting

We also count anonymous page views with analytics tools that set no cookies, store nothing on your device and do not track you across sites.
