Which caption formats do you deliver?
SRT and WebVTT. Both work with YouTube, Vimeo, most learning platforms and HTML5 video.
Captions transcription
Course videos, webinars, interviews and social clips captioned by people and delivered as SRT or WebVTT files, ready for YouTube, Vimeo, your LMS or your own player. Lines are split short enough to read comfortably and timed to the speech.
Each caption is timed to the audio and split into lines short enough to read before it disappears. Speaker changes and important sounds are marked so viewers who can't hear the audio still follow what happens.
Already have captions in the wrong format? Our free subtitle converter turns SRT into VTT and back, in your browser.
You pay for the work your recording actually needs, and you see why before you pay.
Each recording is measured to the second. You pay per audio minute, rounded up once per order, never per file.
Every recording is graded on how hard it is to transcribe: how clearly the words come through, background noise, recording level, distortion and overlapping speakers.
Your quote lists each recording's grade and the reason. Think a grade is wrong? Email us before paying and a person checks it.
What's written is what was said. If a transcript falls short, we re-edit it free, and every grade gets free corrections for 14 days. How the guarantee works
