Are your legal transcripts certified?
No. We provide working transcripts. Only a court certifies its own proceedings, and we never describe our work as certified.
Legal transcription
Depositions, hearings, arbitrations, interviews and recorded evidence, transcribed with speakers labelled by role and objections, interruptions and overlapping answers set down as they were spoken. Names, case numbers and dates are checked against the audio.
We produce working transcripts for preparation, review and filing support. We are not a certified court-reporting service, and only a court certifies its own record, so we never describe our work as certified.
Every transcript is edited by a professional who listens to the recording and checked by a second person. Unclear words are marked [inaudible] with a timestamp, never guessed.
Files go to private, encrypted storage, reviewers only see the orders assigned to them, and media is deleted after the retention period or sooner on request. Tick NDA when you upload and our confidentiality agreement arrives for you to accept.
You pay for the work your recording actually needs, and you see why before you pay.
Each recording is measured to the second. You pay per audio minute, rounded up once per order, never per file.
Every recording is graded on how hard it is to transcribe: how clearly the words come through, background noise, recording level, distortion and overlapping speakers.
Your quote lists each recording's grade and the reason. Think a grade is wrong? Email us before paying and a person checks it.
What's written is what was said. If a transcript falls short, we re-edit it free, and every grade gets free corrections for 14 days. How the guarantee works
No. We provide working transcripts. Only a court certifies its own proceedings, and we never describe our work as certified.
Our house style keeps every word as spoken, including repetitions and false starts, and leaves out hesitation sounds such as um and uh. If your matter needs those too, say so in the notes and we'll quote it.
Upload a sample or your style notes with the files. Supporting documents are never billed.
Standard delivery is 2–3 business days; rush delivery within 24 hours adds 50%. Rush orders over 60 minutes are confirmed by our team first.
Upload audio or video, or paste a link. Your estimate appears straight away; the confirmed USD price, with each recording's grade, appears as soon as the upload finishes.
